As a pioneer of marinas in Japan, Zushi Marina is proud of its high status. It takes only about 60 minutes from the center of Tokyo by car, and it has an outstanding location surrounded by the bright sea of Shonan. It runs multiple marina operations including a harbor business, sports activities, restaurants, bridal business, vacation condominiums and a resort club. In particular, Zushi Marina is a major sporting area with many facilities including a membership sports club and the harbor. It enjoys great popularity among sports-oriented people. The many palm trees on the premises, colorful Mediterranean-style condominiums, and various events in the town and by the sea make it an "integrated seaside resort" with a focus on sports and leisure during all seasons.

History
April 1967 Zushi Kanko Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. is set up in conjunction with a public water surface project in Kotsubo Bay
September 1970 The corporate name is changed to Zushi Marina Kanri Co., Ltd.
June 1971 The main condominium building is completed. Condominium management begins.
The harbor opens.
The restaurants "Il Pirata" and "Captain's Cafe" open.
A bowling alley and a garden pool are opened.

Looking out on Sagami Bay, which is said to be the best spot for windsurfing, Seabornia commands a beautiful view of the sea at the southern edge of Miura Peninsula and enjoys a warm weather. The place meets all the natural conditions for a harbor: the depth of water, calm sea, etc. It is also widely known to local people for a famous boat from Britain, "The Synara." Our charter business using this luxury sailing ship plays a pioneering role. We will continue to function as a central base for marine sports with restaurants and various schools, as well as actively propose marine leisure in a comprehensive way.

History
December 1963 Pan Pacific Enterprise Co., Ltd. is established to reclaim land of 20,000 tsubo area (about 66,000 m2) inside Koajiro Bay.
September 1968 A harbor, a marine berth, and a clubhouse restaurant open.
April 1970 Condominium building A is completed.
June 1971 A seaside pool and a maintenance workshop open. The Marina land berth opens.
July Condominium buildings B and C are completed.
October 1972 The corporate name is changed to Seabornia Co., Ltd.
May 1975 Condominium building D is completed.
November 1980 Irregular passenger services of "The Synara" start.
July 1981 The company makes an equity investment in Shimoda Boat Service Co., Ltd.
April 1998 SLP Co., Ltd. and Seabornia Co., Ltd. are merged. The corporate name is changed to Marine Resort Co., Ltd.
